Another time waster, people like this give a excellent buying and selling system a very bad name.here's my guide. I won the auction, got the total price including shipping but i had to use a friend of his paypal account, no problem so far. after a couple of days i requested a tracking #, no responce after a couple of days i sent another email to which i got a responce 'Sorry been moving will ship tomorrow, is there any way to make it up to you' i replyed no need to do anything extra just ship the head and give me the tracking number. Again no responce i'm starting to 'smell a rat' after more emails with no answer thats it im putting in a claim with paypal for return of funds which of course goes to his friends account that he'd used. This guy gets back to me 'hey whats going on' so i explained the situation to him to which the answer was he's going to sort the situation out with his friend and get the part and ship it himself! I then asked for the shipping number from him. After a couple of days the answer was that the head was in getting a repair shop getting a broken spark removed. theres nothing like that in the item description. so i gave this guy the item # for him to check himself , he still couldn't get hold of the seller.
All this time the dispute is getting closer to ending. my preference was still to get the cylinder head as i had a customers car in the shop that needed it.
A day after that point i said i want the head in my hands by about a week and a bit later or the return of the funds or i would take it to a claim. The answer was that he didnt have the funds but could get hold of them,I answered that he had better get them because i was sick of the 'Bulls..t. then 2 hours later the money was returned to my paypal account. then i wrote this guide and left negative feed back for the seller 'redhorse56664x' ive noticed that he's had transactions after my auction and still has car parts for sale, so make what you want about the 'Moving' story. I cant wait to see if he answers this or the neg feedback on my site!!!!!! Hows the saying go 'a bad apple can spoil the bunch' not in this case is still a great thing.
