This is the most amazing cookware that I have ever had the pleasure of using in my kitchen,
Unlike the other reviewer, I use both Circulon and Anolon myself, as well as in the cooking classes that I teach and have had nothing but praise for their performance.What led me to try them out was the fact that American Test Kitchen always reated them very highly in their tests- good enough for me any day!
Both my husband and my students sometimes use a very high heat (a no no with any pan- I went through a lot of pans this way). As much as I have almost fainted when I see these pans abused this way they haven't ruined one of them yet!
I even catch them using metal utensils (another no no on non stick pans) and they have yet to mar the finish (but I still wouldn't do it).
Also, the material that they are made of heats very evenly and I avoid burning or drying my foods out because of this.
I haven't found it necessary to use anything but a soapy sponge (you know the kind with a "teflon" safe scrubber on the back- these are what I use to clean everything in my kitchen and I love them- especially on my stainless steel appliances) to clean the pans and no more is ever needed.
Bottom Line- I can't see how you could be disappointed with Meyers products- not only is the quality great, the price is fantastic. The only caveat I will leave you with is that like any manufacturer, they have several levels of pans to fit every budget- go for the best! They don't cost much more and you will love them forever!
