X-treme junk is all it is. I purchased an X-treme XP700 Electric Pocketbike for my son and as soon as I placed the order, everything went downhill from there. The bike showed up at my door upside down and broken. (funny....i've actually seen 2 other write ups with the same exact problem...hmmm). Anyway, the bike actually worked for a couple of weeks until one day it didn't want to run. I purchased the "extended warranty" (scam) and they didn't honor it. They gave me a complete run around and tried blaming as much of the bikes problems on me until the warranty ran out so they didn't have to honor it ( i guess honoring a lie is an oxymoron). Well being a little handy I finally had to rig the controller to make the bike run. Listen, don't buy this garbage unless you have some mechanical skills because you will constantly be fixing something on this bike. All X-treme products are cheaply made. PLEASE spend the extra money and go with name brands like RAZOR. I bought the Bella Scooter for my daughter and it runs like a champ and it's definitely made better. My poor son rides her scooter when no one is looking :)
