How to Buy Authentic Tiffany

I have watched the auctions for Tiffany & Co. jewelry for several years - I get sooooooo upset when I see people paying hundreds for items that are not authentic. I see it all the time with the designer purses too.

I have quite a bit of knowledge of the authentic and fake Tiffany - so hopefully these will help you -

1)Tiffany & Co. NEVER discounts, wholesales or goes on sale - EVER!! No matter what any seller tells you - you can only buy authentic Tiffany from the Tiffany store or website - no exceptions.

2)Fake Tiffany can definately come with boxes and pouches - those are fake too. Receipts can be fake too.

3)Be sure the style you want to buy is an authentic style - the heart tag toggle necklace does NOT come with Return to Tiffany engraved on it - the heart comes plain. This is just one example - but there are tons more.

4)Please, Please check feedback - this is a great way to spot a fake - it they have been selling the same Tiffany items over and over - it's probably fake.

5)Most of the links on the large tag style necklaces and bracelets are not soldered, they are just pinched together. The authentic ones are soldered and smooth.
