Please read first before you buy a motorcycle on eBay
This is the first review I have written; I hope this helps. The ratings are for the bike I bought, not the particular model of the bike in general.
I bought an ??2 Honda Magna from a user who had zero feedback. I?? not saying that someone who is just starting on eBay is bad, but they may not understand how eBay works. They may not realize that feedback is very important to this community and I like my 100% rating so I was obligated to keep what I bid on. I should have asked a lot more questions than I did. The user stated that the bike was in great running condition; however, the bike had a gas leak and bad brakes. So ask, ask, and ask more questions before making a purchase and save all e-mails so if there is a problem you can have proof of your questions and their answers. The bike WILL be in great condition after I get it back from the mechanic. I knew it was not a show bike & knew it would need a few things, but I did not expect NOT to be able to ride it until a mechanic fixed it first, as the seller informed me it was ready to ride. Remember, if you are buying something online ask lots of questions, otherwise it may cost you a lot more then you thought. Once I pay the bill {hundreds of dollars} from the mechanic and after five weeks I will get to ride the bike. So those of you that can?? or don?? want a new or very expensive vehicle, make sure it does not become a money pit that sits in your yard. Have a mechanic or someone you know tell you the questions to ask so you know what you are getting. If possible, have them go with you to look at it before you bid. Most of all have fun with what you buy, and don?? let it be a burden. I will have fun on my bike even though it cost me more and took me a long time to get to ride it.
