Prints - Storing and Displaying

  • Store your prints in a clear sheet protector or folder, away from extreme temperatures, high humidity and bright lights, to prevent them from becoming discolored, faded, or blurred.

  • When displaying your prints indoors, place the print in a glass frame or photo album to preserve the colors in your image.

  • To prevent fading, avoid displaying your prints outdoors or in a place exposed to direct sunlight.

  • If your prints are exposed to airborne contaminants and light, they may discolor.

  • Do not store your prints where they are exposed to chemicals, such as in a darkroom.

  • Be careful not to let the printed side of the paper come into contact with materials that could stick to it, such a photographs or plastics, otherwise it may peel off.
