As of December 26, 2005 - if you go to davidyurman.com - their return policy states: "We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for a credit or refund". However, the web site automatically switches to a Neiman Marcus web site (authorized reseller) for displaying the return policy. This is VERY DECIEVING.
I actually purchased merchandise at the David Yurman store at Lenox mall in Atlanta on December 20, 2005 (Christmas present for my wife). When I tried to return the merchandise for a refund on December 26, 2005 - they would not give a refund - only exchange or store credit. This is David Yurman Jewlery's real return policy. You cannot receive a refund. I will never set foot in another David Yurman store or purchase their merchandise. I will expose their deception and true no-return policy. This was Customer No-Service!! I should have purchased the jewelry using ebay.
