Though some may wrinkle their noses at the title of this guide, I am assuming the natural curiosity of most Ebayers will provoke them to continue reading. Yes, that's you.
At the seafood counter, I encountered a pair of frog legs for a mere $1.00. I bought two. My poor husband had no idea what would be awaiting him upon his arrival home from work. Neither did I, to be quite honest, so I posted a query on the Ebay blogs: "I'm cooking frog legs -- I think -- but I don't know how!" Several members posted, offering warnings, recipes, and advice. Most importantly, I was strongly commanded to NOT overcook my little delicacies.
So what did I do? Yes, overcook them. My advice to you, and the whole purpose for this guide? 1. Ask people in the blogs; they have the answer to any problem. 2. Don't overcook the legs, froggy-style.
