I just had a buyer that I waited quite a while for her to pay

After getting no response from her I filed and won the UPI. Figured it was closed now.

She then somehow managed to pay for it using PP after dispute was closed. She then left a neg stating she waited over a month for item. I was the one who waited over a month. At this point, I no longer had the item, nor was I going to make another at this point, so I refunded..But the neg stuck...go figure...
