My latest negative came from a woman who didn't pay me for 17 days

when I reported her she got mad, paid, and then asked for a complete refund of her purchase + the shipping return!

I have a buyer in Italy that is claiming she didn't get her package, even though I state I am not responsible for lost packages - there are 5 more negatives in the que for me....

I can only say that I am so sad at what's happening here. I sell wonderful items. I am honest. I have sold on ebay for 8 years and until May this last year have never had so many horrible situations with buyers. I am seriously asking for tips or ideas - I'm one click away from leaving but really want some help before making such a big decision.

OP ~ Do NOT respond to positives on your feedback. We are ALL used to seeing responses made for negatives only. So it looks like you have a million more negatives then you do.

AND when you do reply, make them PROFESSIONAL. Right now you are practically name-calling, which shows you will not act professionally if a problem arises with a new customer. Use statements like, "Paid 1/1, Shipped 1/2, Arrived 1/7, Neg Unfair" if they claim slow delivery or something. Just writing things like "Just being nasty" shows more about YOU then the buyer!

ALSO -- If you ship Internationally you are taking a risk, period. Tracking is there, but not perfect. For cheap items that go First Class, there is no tracking. I ship cheap(er) items Internationally and I know I am on the hook if there are problems. I cant take that out on my customers because I am taking a gamble. Shipping to Italy is at your own risk ALWAYS!
